You send facts. We do not invent people.
Briefs are for the site.
Not for a mailing list stunt.
We use what you send to design and host your site. We do not sell your customer list. Contact (347) 625-8553.
Privacy
WebSmart pays attention to the information you send. We use it to design, host, bill, and revise the website you paid for. We do not sell your customer list. We do not use your brief as a mailing-list stunt.
Correspondence: 99 Wall Street #2436, New York, NY. Phone (347) 625-8553.
What we collect
Checkout and the brief: name, email, business, phone, hours, colors, slogan, files you upload (logo, photos), and what you tell us not to invent. Forms on your live site go to the desk you named — that is your traffic, not a list we resell.
Site activity that any host sees (pages, device, rough location) so the site can run and we can fix breaks. Payment details are handled by the card processor; we do not store full card numbers on this marketing site.
Why
To deliver the named plan, to bill and renew, to answer the desk, and to improve the product. Legal bases include the contract you start at checkout and, where it applies, legitimate interest in running a secure site. You send data voluntarily; without a name, email, business, and phone we refuse empty checkout.
How long
For as long as the plan runs and as long as we must keep billing and legal records. We remove or stop using data when you ask us to, when you withdraw consent where consent was the basis, or when we learn it is wrong.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, limit, or delete personal data we hold, or to receive a copy. You may withdraw consent where we relied on it. You may complain to a supervisory authority if you believe the law was broken.
Cookies
Cookies on websmart.cc remember a session and help us see which pages work. They do not, by themselves, name you. They are ordinary browser files, not a virus path.
Subprocessors
Card charges go through the payment processor named at checkout. Hosting for your live customer site is part of the plan. We do not hand your brief to a stranger for their ads.
