Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and WebSmart (Web Smart dot C C) for the managed website product sold at websmart.cc. Correspondence: 99 Wall Street #2436, New York, NY. Phone (347) 625-8553.
By paying you accept these terms in full. Empty checkout is refused. Name, email, business, and phone are required.
What you are buying
You buy a named plan, not a DIY editor seat:
- Site — $99 + $29/mo. A finished company site on a WebSmart address. Mobile. Contact form. Two revisions a month.
- Business — $249 + $49/mo. Site plus your domain, mailbox, and blog.
- Store — $399 + $79/mo. Business plus a shop for products or services you fulfill. We do not take a cut of each sale.
AI designs the pages, writes the words, and tends the site after launch. You never open a builder as the product. Two revisions a month are included. Extra work is billed. Unused revisions do not become a year-end redesign unless agreed in writing. Forever-free unlimited sites are not the product.
Your site, and how you sign in
After launch you sign in on your own website at /admin to change pages and photos. That is content on your site. It is not a second career in Wix. It is not a login into anyone else’s internal tools.
We do not invent faces, shops, vans, or reviews. Uploaded logo is law. You must send true facts on the brief (hours, colors, what you sell, what not to invent). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for content you later put on the site.
What you must not do
You must not: send spam through the site or mailboxes; spread malware; probe security; copy the product’s software; collect other people’s data unlawfully; post illegal content; impersonate others; use the service to infringe trademarks or copyright; try to reverse-engineer the product.
Keep the password to /admin and to mailboxes in a safe place. You are responsible for use of those logins.
Payment
Checkout is Stripe on websmart.cc. Choosing a card means that card may be charged for the plan and then for each renewal until you cancel before the next period. Taxes may be added at purchase. We may use a payment processor and share what they need to charge the card.
Our rights
If you send false data, ignore a request to fix a legal problem, or use the site to break the law, we may ask you to correct it, pause the site until it is clear, or end the plan after notice. We may link to pages we do not control. We do not promise search ranking.
Your rights
You may email or call with questions. You may stop by cancelling renewal. Complaints: write within two weeks of the event to the desk at the Wall Street address or by phone; we answer in ordinary time. A complaint decided once is not reopened as a loop.
Copyright
The WebSmart marketing site, lockup, and product software are ours. Your logo, photos, and copy remain yours. We use what you send only to design, host, bill, and revise the site you paid for.
